Focusing on Elder Law, Jeanna is happy to answer any questions about wills, trusts, power of attorney documents, estate administration procedures and asset protection techniques. Jeanna can also help plan the best way to protect the family home and savings in case a loved one may one day need long-term care and Medicaid assistance. In the same manner, Jeanna is ready and able to assist navigating the medicaid application process for long-term care and she offers timely advice on protecting property in crisis situations when a loved one suddenly or unexpectedly needs long-term care.
In addition to estate planning, estate administration and Medicaid planning services, Jeanna further handles some real estate and civil matters including deed work and civil contract disputes.
A native of central Florida, Jeanna attended University of South Florida where she graduated in two years and with Magna Cum Laude honors with a B.A. in Psychology. She then worked at a Florida general practice law firm for two years before attending and graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law with her Juris Doctor.
Jeanna is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, and since her first year at Wake Forest, has enjoyed the four seasons, culture, mountains, and people of the great state of NC. Her Winston-Salem born fiance has also introduced her to Panthers football and Hornets basketball, so keep an eye out for her at the games!
