Born and raised in Statesville, North Carolina, Robert comes from a long line of local attorneys. After receiving his Bachelor of Science and Masters in Applied Mathematics, he attended Regents University in Virginia and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1994. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as the National Elder Counsel and the National Wealth Counsel and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Montana.

Seth has developed a solid reputation as a trial lawyer with a results driven approach to handling cases. Beginning as a general practitioner, he practiced in the areas of criminal defense, family, civil, real estate, municipal and education law. After becoming a partner with the Crosswhite Law Firm in 2008, he has focused on criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. These fields allow him to be in the courtroom which is where he enjoys practicing. They also allow him to serve those who need help the most, whether it is their freedom at risk in a criminal case, or their livelihood and income in a workers’ comp or injury case.

Jeanna is passionate about helping the elderly community protect their life savings and provide for their loved ones. She understands that every client’s situation and goals are unique and approaches each matter with determination to co-operatively achieve the best possible solution for that case. Originally from Florida, Jeanna received her Bachelors in Psychology from University of South Florida before attending Wake Forest University School of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2016. She focuses her practice on Medicaid and estate planning, along with handling the estate administration and probate services at Crosswhite Law. She is a member of the National Elder Counsel and the National Wealth Counsel and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
